Just a quick note to say Happy Thanksgiving to you (in advance)!! If you live outside of the US, Thanksgiving can really apply to you as well. It is a day about giving thanks for all we have in our lives…whether it be for the family and friends we have, our health, abundance around us, the love that surrounds us and anything else that really matters to you. Everyone can feel blessed at any time, no matter where you live!
Thanksgiving is one of my very favorite holidays! For the past 8 years, my husband David and I and our three girls, Jordyn, Alexis and Bailey host “Turkey Day” for about 30 people!!
I love having everyone here for so many reasons, but I will be honest and tell you that it also comes with some stress and anxiety. I am beyond grateful that everyone contributes some delicious festive foods, but of course preparing the main course (turkey, obviously) and getting everything ready can be a little stressful…so you know I will be tapping (and my kids will be rolling their eyes saying “there goes mom, tapping again" :-)).
My wish for you this Thanksgiving is to have a wonderful stress-free day filled with love and gratitude for all you have in your life. If this is a challenge for you, and for many it is, I am sending you two videos today to help you maintain peace and calm and remember what it's all about (not just today but every day).
With all the holidays quickly approaching, this video will help for any holiday you will be celebrating:
This other video is to help you digest your food if you find that you have eaten too much and you feel stuffed!! This will help you feel better.
I am grateful to ALL of you! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your comments, emails and for showing up and doing the work to help yourselves and to make the world a better place.
Much love to you this holiday season!
All the best,
Julie
